Cannot ETR Warlock

I am trying to ETR my Warlock but at the en I just get an error that says that my character could not be created. If I go back several screens and back to the end I see a button that Says "Get now" but when I press it it opens the store and gives me the option to buy the Asimar scourge and Drow. Why is this happening? I move this character from another server, could that be the problem?

if its incompatible it wont let you do the etr

Did you purchase Drow thru the Store, either stand alone or as part of an expac, or did you favor unlock it on your home server?

Favor unlocks are only good on that specific server.
