    Default Retrieving an old account?

    I know this may be a long shot but....Several of us have gotten back into DDO after a several year hiatus. I was able to retrieve my account with no issues but a buddy of mine was not able to retrieve his because the email address he used for the account back then I believe was his work email and he no longer has that email address. As far as trying to login he knows the email address but with it being so many years ago he doesnt remember the password for the DDO account and since he no longer has that email address he cant just reset password because he will not get the link due to no longer having this email address...Is there ANY way possible that he can reach out to someone with support (devs/IT etc.) give the detailed information to the account to verify that it was in fact his account and have the email address changed so he can retrieve this? For now he has created a whole new account but there was a lot of work on that account with several toons reincarnated several times and whatnot. Again I know this is probably a long shot but I figured I had to at least ask. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    If he used a credit or debit card it might be possible ????

    Good call! Any idea if any of the Devs check these at all? Hoping they would be able to point in the right direction...Like "yes, have him contact this person" or "call this number" lol I am asking for way too much I think!

    Open a ticket via the website support options and tell them what the old email, their name, etc. and may take a bit of back and forth with support but they should eventually be able to recover it as long as they can provide enough details about themselves that match what SSG has on file for the old account.
