    Default "Mandatory" Documents folder?

    Hello everyone,
I recently encountered an issue preventing me from playing the game properly.

The thing is: I play the game on my work laptop (I am allowed to on off-work time, and it's the only PC with decent hardware I have). Up until a couple of days ago, everything was fine. Then my company decided to synchronize all the data in a few folders with the internal server, including Documents, Pictures and such, and that we should move our personal files to a different folder called "My Private Documents".
I did so and of course DDO basically re-set and kept creating the folder under documents when opening the launcher.
I was able to fix the launcher by editing ddo.launcherconfig file, specifically <add key="Product.DocumentFolder"> tag. The launcher now behaves correctly (knows I have high res data, knows my last played servers, etc).

BUT when I launch the game, it triggers the trailer and creates a folder under Documents yet again.
Is there another file or setting I need to edit?

    Found solution using:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...c-f1566fc3b10b
Also editing another key under "User Shell Folders"

It might affect other parts of the PC, but for DDO specifically it works (for now)

That's not a good solution when using managed hardware. The next time an image update is pushed, it'll break again. Not to mention changing registry settings upsets most IT managers to no end. What you need to do is create a symbolic link in your Documents folder which points to another folder containing the DDO config files. That way DDO won't know the difference, your files won't get erased or overwritten and your IT guys won't throw a fit if that registry hack breaks something.
