    Default Missing character + more

Problems: level 9 hardcore server character in a static group is now level 1 on the airship where you decide to stay level 1 or go to 4. No one in the group, let alone me, have died yet. Took last weekend off. Log on today and it's acting like it died while I was offline?

My very first character I ever made is now not my selection screen. Basic human paladin. It's almost like the game is telling me it's completely deleted.

Only thing I've done account wise since my last game session 2 Sunday's ago was sign up for VIP this past week.

    Any ideas?

two thoughts (not saying you have not checked this yet, just offering)

    1. Make sure you selected the correct server. Sometimes I've noticed that the server default is different after I've been away awhile (occurs if I've been gone when updates were released)
    2. Make sure you are logging in with the right account - I know not everyone has multiple accounts, I made a f2p account when SSD did the "Free Packs code" last year.

Go to the Log In window and click the "Transfer" button. Select the HC server and see what characters it lists there.

[[ Okay, this^^ might not work. I just went to double-check this myself, and HC server isn't showing up in my Transfer list. ]]

I'm leaning towards wrong server selection. Wouldn't be the first to make that error.
