I am trying to play with my friend but he isn't able to get to DDO.COM or load DDO.
When trying to access the website it just times out and when trying to load the launcher it gets stuck at loading pre-reqs.

I have found some information from 2017 of people having that issue but the only work around at the time was to use a VPN.
I am wondering if anyone has an updated solution to this?
