Is anyone getting an unusual spike in lag (esp on quest entry into reaper)?

I mean, my computer is hot garbage, but it has never this bad.

Sometimes I step into Reaper and it takes a hot minute to not crash.

Also certain zones were ****-near unplayable even if I'd done em before.

lag spike when entering a quest in reaper is normal. yeah it's annoying.

the game loads your reaper boni.

this is the result of a patch, before it the reaper boni were checked everytime you did something, got hit, swapped gear etcetc. when reaper was introduced, it was not a problem, now that having reaper points, even a relevant number, is not something exotic anymore, the game was in bad state. solution: making you lag only when you enter and not for the whole quest. the game is laggy anyway, but one less source. that patch was successful in this regard.

I noticed more lag on load screens yesterday. (And I'm not usually one to complain, but it was both noticeably longer - to the point of preparing to quit/relog several time just before it cleared - and consistent.)
