ARGO heroic ascension chamber (abbot) raid saturdays 9pm eastern

hi - we are running the (weekly) heroic ascension chamber (abbot) raid on elite difficulty at saturday 9pm eastern (this evening tonight). we run the abbot raids every saturday, but my schedule has been irregular due to timing with hardcore league, and the attendance has been a bit low for the same reason.

someone in the group asked if I could confirm the appointment by posting on the Argonnessen forum.

the level range is open from 15-30 (so there is no xp), and you need to be flagged for the raid. In order to flag for the raid:

1. you need a completed Sigil Frame which you have turned in to Sir Rohine to make into a Completed Sigil - this item flags you for the pre-raid flagging quest Litany of the Dead; the Completed Sigil keeps you flagged for Litany of the Dead even after a TR, and is a permanent item (you can discard the Sigil Frame container with all the collected pieces after you have your Completed Sigil)
2. you have to run Litany of the Dead 4x, once for each necro boss optional: Cholthuzz, Cinnis, Mentau and the High Priest of Vol, and you must be present in the respective tower outside in the wilderness when the crystals are broken - so make sure after you complete the Litany optional that you take the back door exit as a group

((it is not sufficient to just run the Litany of the Dead to the dragon riddle optional quest completion - each time you run Litany, you have to answer the riddle according to the alignment of the necro boss that you are petitioning to meet, and run the mini-dungeon optional to defeat that necro boss))

normally, we also try to run an epic mark of death R1 raid after the 2x heroic abbot runs, but tonight we will try running the mark of death raid an hour before (~ 8pm) and see if we can fill. in order to be flagged for epic mark of death raid, make sure you ran the 4 epic necropolis quests (epic desecrated temple of vol, epic fleshmaker, epic inferno and epic ghosts of perdition).

the attendance for these abbot runs has dwindled, not sure if it is because it is summertime, or due to hardcore. I feel like most of the regulars that showed up each week have already gotten what they were looking for from the raid. I am going to take a break after this month, so next saturday evening will be the last abbot run on Argonnessen for me. thanks to everyone who has joined, it is been great getting to know the Argo community.

I will stick around to help one person get their quiver (he did not get it on his 20th ascension chamber run unfortunately), but on a more informal schedule.
