Are BLUR and Lesser Displacement 2 different Miss Chances?

Blur/displacement are the same bonus type so only the greater one will be the effecting you; while ghostly/incorporeal stuff is a separate miss chance from blur/displacement so you can have both of those types up to increase survivability.
