My Glamored Traveler's Coat is broken, as shown in image. This happened with update 48.4, and numerous other item's appearances were borked during this time, and later fixed. Almost 3 months later, and many fixes, it's apparent that my glamor is permanently broken and needs to be remade with a "fresh" mirror of glamoring and Traveler's Coat. (The character affected is "Zavos" of the server "Sarlona")

yeah try to contact customer service, maybe in 6 months or so you'll get a refund. just ask for a free mirror i guess, and keep your forever broken cosmetic somewhere, you ended up with a very special one of a kind impossible and never available again outfit! pretty exclusive
