ran grove quests on r6, got 1k reaper xp at cap. went out to gianthold, running r10 reapers at cap, getting 1100 reaper xp.

Perhaps an overlevel penalty for the GH reaper quests?

Are you running XP boosts? Pots, tomes, guild buffs, voice/gift?
Have you run these quests on this life before?
Have you run these quests earlier in the day?
