Post U49 Horc Barbarian Build help

Hello,

I am playing a half-orc Barb and was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to the current build and gearing of a DPS Barbarian. I have reflection of Blackrazor and Bloodrage chrism and the basic sharn part of the family set. Also using L Umber Brim, Bands of Kalok shash and summer clock and belt for str and Double strike. Using deepsnow boots for con and Collective sight for con 21 and insightful wisdom 10. My rings are Celestial ruby ring with dex and celestial topaz with wis 21 and lesser displacement. Right now I'm using the Frenzied Berserker and falconry basic enhancments with the splash of Vistani for Haste boost. I know I have a few things that stack and just wanted to see if anyone already had a geared that worked.

The areas I'm lacking are in Prr Mrr and attack. In fury I sit at about 160 with rages going. My dire charge is only at 103 DC as well. I would really appreciate some advice, I haven't really seen a whole lot of updated builds and gear since feywild for Barbarian. If I you can help or point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My first comment would be isn't Charune better than Kalok?

Hey, here's the gear setup I'd suggest.




Melee power boosts you have on your items are super important, so decide accordingly... a 'normal' +8 prowess ring is very different from a +14 'good' prowess ring

I prefer Aasimar for a 20 pure barb because you are short on AP. FB capstone, VKF 11, and Falconry t4... 1 point left for Fallen Bond. HOrc and Welf are good options tho.

Charune's really good but it completely depends on what the rest of your gear looks like. Barbarians are often missing some extra to-hit and Brand of Kalok provides Quality Accuracy. Plus if you already have armor piercing somewhere, Charune loses a lot of its value.

It sounds like you're doing pretty well in gear so far. The gear set I always turn to is this one:

Ring of Prowess
Lionheart Ring
Belt of the Ram
Shackles (Dex, Decep, Intim, Qua Con)

Your enhancements seem correct. You seem to already have a stun item and strength item so I'm not sure what to suggest to get your Dire Charge DC higher other than maybe twisting Legendary Tactics from Dreadnought.

Currently What I'm using. I have a Titania Glory that I can switch out for more MP. I would like to keep Belt of the ram, and the Cloak of summer is nice because it consolidates the Strength stats plus DS. If I get a Family's blessing I can change it out though. When I'm raiding I don't have an issue with accuracy but if I am soloing (which I don't do too much at end game) I Glancing blow a lot. Collective sight it just in there because I have it from another character who was using it and I can use the extra wisdom. Ill look at some of the recommendations and see what i can come up with. If anyone has some more suggestions or tweaks I's love to see them. thanks again for the replies.
