So this issue is still ongoing, no response from ssg, and it's regarding my account being compromised. If I'm not going to get the account back I think it only fair that they should transfer all the purchases I made with my c-card(which I have well over a $1000 of invoices from last year alone) to a new account of my choice. Why should I pay for a account the wont give me back access to
I feel like there's a massive backlog of tickets that a small support team just isn't equipped to handle.

They have already made their decision. You will receive a form letter stating that you are an 'egregious violator' of the terms of service. You will be informed via this form letter that your account is permanently banned with no recourse. You are not given any option to argue your case. We had a guildy go through the same thing. It took him 90 days to get a response, all the while the account was locked and he was being charged for his VIP sub. He sent them an email requesting a refund for those 90 days, after which he will be charging back his entire account history. Because we all know they won't respond again.

SSG informed him that he was guilty of ‘account sharing’ despite not having logged into his account for over 5 months prior to finding his account locked.
SSG is omnipotent for many on these boards who will automatically reach the conclusion that a locked account equates to guilt. That sort of unthinking loyalty reminds me of the crowd in Monty Python’s Holy Grail, “she’s a witch!!”

Every restart and patch my guild is losing over 500k Guild Renown. This started at the end of Oct / Beginning of Nov ish. I reported it in game and they told me to post a ticket here. I also started tracking it with screenshots on the excel spreadsheet. What clued me in was I kept hitting Guild Level 180 over and over. I am the only person in my guild at this time, no recent departures and max 3 account active during this period. All included with the screenshots. Please fix this and restore my lost Renown, it is getting old. Guild Name: Warriors of Midnight.

I feel you OP, I have a ticket open for 37 days now.
the response i got was "we're working on it, it'll take a few days" which i got a month ago.
In-game or out-game support ?
Personally, I'd never do in-game support for important things.

Its an idea, I doubt they would do it or able to do it, but to help alleviate some of the issue is to have some kind of program that volunteers can help with low priority tickets. In Everquest, I used to be what they called a Guide. You had to be in good standing, know the game, locations etc.. if accepted into the program you were given special abilities like being able to port any where in game, summon people who are stuck, or fell through the world. Answer basic questions.. Anything that was something you weren't authorized to do it was escalated to a game master. i.e Help I lost my items...., Tickets came in 3 colors green, yellow red ( based on priority), they were dated, any thing you said to the person was cataloged... A perk of volunteering was that your subscription was free. I saved 15 bucks a month for putting in a few hours each week.
This program helped take some of the burden off of the game masters / CS
As I said above, its very unlikely they would ever do something like this, but its the idea of it, that a game like EQ had a program in place to help provide better customer service.

If you are in a quest that bugs and you submit a ticket you get no answer. However if another person with you in the quest submits a ticket, you will get a response IMMEDIATELY saying that only one ticket should be put in and not one for everyone in the party. In addition they will threaten to suspend or ban you for spamming if you put in more tickets are summitted.
You can that wait in that quest for hours and get no answer. Than about 3 days later you will get a response saying you are no longer in the quest so we cant help you.
