Better logs for trades etc

Hello SSG,

so I wanted to trade in some raid runes for an augment. This was before U49.
I got the message: Error occured and raid runes missing I wanted to trade-in
I tried again after a relog. Same result. As I wanted to try again after a waiting period I noticed that some runes are missing. Checked my bag to make sure. I am missing quite a bunch of runes.
I wrote a ticket and bug report asking that the logs please be checked.
Answer from the GM: We apologize however our logs do not show a discrepancy or loss in the mentioned item.

I would appreciate it, if you check if the trade logs can be improved. In my opinion it should be a fundamental feature to retrace trades in a game where there is a lot of trading in all kind of forms.

And I tried again today. I can't trade in runes for Dumathoin's Bracers. I get an Error and I am losing runes. I lost more than 400 on this. Reported.
