Few fixes?

There's a few things I have realized/looked up that either don't work right, or don't work at all. Here is just the list of what I can think of at the moment.

-The level 5 spell Cold Breath does not work if you are Dragonborn, it shows the animation, and uses sp, but does nothing.

-The wolf pet capstone enhancement Strength of the Pack does not do anything.

I'll edit it when I think of any more (or others point some out)!

The developers have pretty much given up on druids from what I can tell.
