Simon Says Puzzles Won't light up for me

Any advice on how I can fix the puzzles not lighting up? it's real tricky solving them by sound.

I have tried turning bells and whistles on and off in graphics, including adjusting DX. that last one did help a tiny bit... they light up about 1 in 10 times. nothing else made the slightest difference.

wrong puzzle, but ty for trying

I'm talking about the ones in multiple regular quests that make musical sounds and tiles that light up, then you have to pick them in the same order. I believe you're referring to the new Raid (?)

Sometimes with "lag" some of the lights don't go off but not sure of any video settings the effect them.
