Epic Destiny XP lost - *5343904

After my last TR last Saturday, all my epic destinies are at 0xp (which seems odd since they have been capped since 2012).
I noticed this yesterday and I opened an in-game ticket, as well as a SSG ticket from the form on their help page and i still have had no response, and we're about to hit the 24hrs mark.

Now, I understand this issue has happened before to others, and can be fixed by a GM in game IF the character in question is online as well, but since I live in a different time zone, would it be possible to know more or less a time window for you to come and fix it? yeah, i know you're not the plumber, coming between 9 and 12, but it would be helpful to know anyway, so I can turn off my PC at some point ..

I also am experiencing the "This Character Is Already In The World" bug from a hanging loading screen during Epic Reincarnation for character Cattari on Ghallanda.

It also sometimes results in the loss of all Epic Destiny and Past Life progression as PadrePio has. Please look at me after you look at PadrePio. In game ticket 5343930, help.standingstonegames.com ticket 167411. Thank you!

UPDATE: It has been almost two days, still nothing. I started leveling the destinies up again. Hope to get a xp pot refund, but I doubt it.
