I like it from a flavor perspective. Absurdly specific, I can't even really think of a quest where I would care much about that. But still, I like it on the balance.
Killing Time seems most obvious, although it's a raid. Deathwyrm/FotP for similar reasons, although I'm not sure you care as much about saves unless you're the tank. Maybe Fall of Truth too?
Otherwise for quests it's like Invitation to Dinner, Don't Drink the Water, and Tor (and 2/3 of those only sometimes?). Not sure there's a lot of saves in those fights either...
are a Dragontype, not sure that would matter.

Sure, but most (all?) of those die in a shorter time than it takes to read this sentence. I don't think +2 to saves will have any effect there, especially given I don't remember any saves needed?
In Killing Time you spend like half the raid fighting a dragon who has lots of AoE attacks. +2 to saves could be a meaningful benefit there, assuming your saves are in the appropriate window.
Yes, those are some interesting dragons. But unfortunately in the case of Mired and (heroic) VoN, and any other quests at roughly level 19 or lower, those would all be done with long before we've gone through the rather tedious process of grinding out 400 Argonnessen favour - and after the 400 favour is obtained, they're no longer a challenge in any case.
At least that leaves us with epic and legendary dragons (though I suspect +2 saves will have somewhat limited use against the dragon on R10 Black and Blue, for example)![]()
On a break. BRB maybe.
