Quests that cant be red doored

What quests cant be red doored if you are not flagged?

I just read that Into the Deep cannot be red doored unless you have turned in the previous 3 in the chain.

Are there others?

There are several others, I don't know if anyone has an exhaustive list.

In general any quest that you enter by talking to a person or through dialogue options instead of just by clicking on the door can't be red doored.

Also, there are several chains that don't allow red-dooring midway through. It's not all chains, it seems to be a certain (old) coding that did it.
