    This looks like a joke because it´s far from what I asked. I have bought epic destinies a long time ago. I have more than 30 epic reincarnations and the GM can see in my account in seconds. Dude answered me preteding that I am asking a question but I am not.
    I told specifically that I have already the past life and that my ED stopped working. This bug happens with players for years and the GM don´t even have a policy to fix it like giving back the vip time, giving otto boxes to fix the bug or something. Dude just closed the ticked and didn´t even spend 60 seconds sending me a tell.


    So is there a mature way to solve my problem without spending days online waiting for a support that when it comes mocks the player and don´t solve anything? you guys are professionals, please act like it. Game have 15 years, won´t last 15 minutes more with this kind of player support.

    Ugh, this is painful to read. You have my sympathy, though I know that's not worth anything in this situation. I would suggest pursuing this with PMs, or by using the email support form if you haven't already tried that: https://help.standingstonegames.com/...s/requests/new

    In my experience, posts here never help in getting CS support in the game.

    Ticket 3:

    1- Please don´t close this ticket. 2- This is the third time I ask for help in SSG´s support. 3- Please if you can send a tell to my char Dada when I am online and I will explain better if I need. I have an Epic Destiny bug, I used to had all of them filled up but they got empty. I found a way to level them from scratch but still need to fill 3 or 4 EDs. So all I need is my XP back so my toon can be whole again. By the way I spend 11 slayer pots, 7 20% xp pots and 2 50% xp pots and I am vip, if DDO will give me any compensation I would be glad.

    Thing is that now I finished leveling the EDs. I spend 1 month of the vip status. About 8 major experience elixirs, at least 12 150% slayer pots. I want to know if ddo will give me any compensation for not solving my issue in time. 2 days seemed like a lot until it became one month and I pay for my subscription. So I don´t know if DDO´s staff find it acceptable, I really don´t think it is.


    So thanks for the attention, hope someone answers me.

    And this is it. Not sure what is SSG´s position about this or if they will throw me a bone or not. What I know:

    1- SSG needs to have an protocol to solve this kind of issue and let it in the forum. One month and a half is a bit too much to a player sit in epics waiting for a solution. I love DDO but even I would have abandoned it if I had stayed in cap waiting for an solution for this time. So please can the staff write down a guide to solve this kind of issue, the gm to send a tell or simple the protocol of what a player should do.

    2- If SSG will compensate me for the time and pots I lost in the process of fixing their mistake.

    3- There are some examples in the forum and in reddit of the same bug. Will leave a link of a friend that leaved ddo because of it.
