    Default Two days vip asking for help.

    First time in the ticket online version they said I should look for a GM with a ticket inside the game. 12 hours waiting seens fine when you are out of DDO but the time spending inside the game doing nothing but waiting is a pain.


    Yesterday I spend 3 hours waiting inside DDO, now I am waiting for another two hours. When will someone show up with a solution?


    What is the bug? toon have way less fate points (my number is 13 now, should be over 30) and the Epic Destinies stay stuck in one destiny. Unfortunately is not in a good one for my build and I can´t use the twists of faith. I am scared to reincarnate and this bug be "written" in my toon forever so I don´t know what to do. I just know that it have happened with at least 5 more players, did someone got a solution for it? GMs must have a preset solution for cases like this since they are so commom.

    Still waiting and I wonder why in 2021 we can´t set a date and hour to speak with the GM or he can contact the player via DC/whatsapp or anything available?

    Waiting is terrible, waiting for someone that may or may not show up is even worse.

    Ok, will leave it for tomorrow.

    And the server is empty because hardcore.

    they closed the ticket 5 minutes after i went offline saying they couldn't help because i was offline

    And still waiting. Makes no sense that I cant set a time in agenda or that they don´t call me or send an email setting a date.

    Loosing hours in saturday praying for support is terrible.

    One more day waiting for the service in the hour that should be a gm on. This is day four and I wonder what makes people leave DDO or say that the staff doesn´t seem to care with players at all.

    And will be one more day. Will ddo´s staff ever show up? will they give me the vip days back? will I get 2 otto boxes for the time I lost in the game waiting for nothing?

    A GM named -+ARES+ answered my ticket and closed while I was online. Or at least is what shows today because I haven´t seen it yesterday and I checked before logging:

    This looks like a joke because it´s far from what I asked. I have bought epic destinies a long time ago. I have more than 30 epic reincarnations and the GM can see in my account in seconds. Dude answered me preteding that I am asking a question but I am not.
    I told specifically that I have already the past life and that my ED stopped working. This bug happens with players for years and the GM don´t even have a policy to fix it like giving back the vip time, giving otto boxes to fix the bug or something. Dude just closed the ticked and didn´t even spend 60 seconds sending me a tell.


    So is there a mature way to solve my problem without spending days online waiting for a support that when it comes mocks the player and don´t solve anything? you guys are professionals, please act like it. Game have 15 years, won´t last 15 minutes more with this kind of player support.

    Ugh, this is painful to read. You have my sympathy, though I know that's not worth anything in this situation. I would suggest pursuing this with PMs, or by using the email support form if you haven't already tried that: https://help.standingstonegames.com/...s/requests/new

    In my experience, posts here never help in getting CS support in the game.
