All epic destinies wiped out

I have TRed from 30 to 20, then to 1. When I leveled back to 20, I discovered that all my destinies had been wiped. I filed a ticket a week ago, an received word from a GM that I was on a watch-list. I was given no time-frame or way to work with them to be able to make it work, and have received no word since. It's a major bug that shouldn't exist, and should at least be fixed quickly for the players experiencing it.

Be patient, they have their current hours somewhere just look for them instead of saying there aren't any. Also they cant go and slap some new numbers and fix the bug, they have to figure out the source of whats causing at and figure out how to fix it. Just wait and be patient.

Same thing happened to me...at one point they asked me to resubmit ticket. Because they had gone on a holiday break( no idea why that would wipe there customer service inquiries?)I'm guessing some internal way of getting clock to reset on my inquiry...I did and by the time I heard back I had earned all my destinies back again...investing countless hours to earn them back( while I wanted to be working on racial past lives) and soeanding ddo point on call to destinies( not a ton but at least over 1000) to make it a littlest painful...eventual I got a "we are sorry this happened here's 100 ddo points for your trouble!?!?"
I wouldn't hold your breath for any big help...best to just get back in there and try to embrace the grind

The only thing they can do to help is refill in the 6 million xp in all the bubbles, and they need you standing beside the Fatespinner to do it. Feats taken aren't lost. But Fate Points from built up lives are lost, and cannot be replaced.

Since you already TR'ed, you probably saved yourself a lot of extra pain from other stuff that was missing, like favor, and the catastrophic infinite loot bug

I agree with those who remind to shut down the game completely between all the various steps of reincarnation, because if you hang on any of them you are kaput.

They really need an individual character restore from backup option.
