I think he’s threatening to scream at and splash water on the dev staff if they don’t undo the nerf on 2hf. He may also be warning them that he has very strong breath and will need to face away from them while communicating to avoid a great deal of misery on their part. He may also be asking them to meet him in the Boston harbor as he feels he is too big to comfortably navigate city streets.
This is a long shot, but to be comprehensive... he may also be offering to fight monkeys for ddo points.
