Where do I get my old rewards?

I was about to ask the same thing. I did see someone with a previous season cloak but they didn't answer my question

I think one of my previous HC cloaks was delivered to my new character actually. As for the rest of the previous rewards, not sure why they're not in.

Last HCL the npc was in korthos and they removed it fairly quickly, but then put it back in later that day so...no clue.

I have been getting same questions in game. As far as I can tell, after season 1, my vets and any new toon I rolled had the season one 'capes' automatically put in back pack, along with basic stuff like lessor res stone. I didn't earn foot prints or pets so I can't see them on these new toons, only what I did earn for season 1.

on NORM server you can talk to the HCL npc for seasons 1,2,3 to get rewards, but while the HC event is going you can only talk to the HOH HCL NPC for HCL #4 rewards. Once it is over, you can talk to him on norm servers for all 4 seasons. Go back to a norm server, roll a new toon and test, or check your back pack on vets.Re: HCL npc, should see that if you ask about season one you get 2 basic replies, but asking about season 2,3 you get prompts for which rewards you are looking for.

They implemented the claim system season 2 on, so I dont think they coded the vendor for s1, jsut automatically put any rewards you earned in you pack on creation, and your vet toons should have them as well.

Yes please patch in the rewards.
It's been done for other seasons. But of course, I have no idea how it's implemented (it's there on live so ... just add it to hc?). Still would be nice to get some communication in regards to this.

Season 1 cloak rewards have always been auto delivered to every toon. Other season 1 rewards like footprints/bleeding eyes have to be individually applied by the NPC. All season 2 and 3 rewards have only come from the NPC.

Season 2 introduced the horse as a reward. I think their intention was to not give out horses on HC (unless you paid $$$ for the borderlands bonus pack back then). However, they missed the korthos NPC, who was still giving out horses for a few hours in season 3. (I picked up 6 with the thought they were going to take it away since the other NPCs didn't give them). Since a number of players picked up their rewards from season 2 in season 3, I think they put them back in the vendor for fairness.

This time around they didn't make that mistake. None of the NPCs gave past season rewards, and there is no "fairness" issue to worry about.

With them adding server wide horse stables its not that big of a deal. Grind out one horse from borderlands and all your toons have access. Its not a fast horse (at least until you get a toon to 20 and farm a horseshoe), but its still pretty good for HC.
