    Default Dumb question but...

    I am used to Hardcore staring in the morning after the downtime for restart but for whatever reason downtime is in middle of the day (why?) so I assume Hardcore will not open until around 2 PM central time. Correct?

    Which is kind of disappointing but it is what it is!
