Likely as soon as the game is back up from it's weekly reboot. Reboot at 9 est, game will probably be back up around 10-10:30 est.

The downtime is posted up in the service news. Minor patch amd says it'll be back up at ~3pm est. No way to know if it'll actually take that long until it's done, so fingers crossed for earlier uptime.
