Purchased content/confirmation email not recieved.

Purchased content/confirmation email not recieved up to 2~ hours later from purchase. Account history of purchases in the ddo market shows the purchase was successfull and an order number is showing up. The content purchased was sharn standard edition. How do i go about solving this issue?

DDO in-game store for points or the DDO Market (website) for cash? Either way, if the purchase went through, quitting out of the game and reloading it should have it available in game (as things are linked straight to your account and code keys are no longer sent out). If it's not there in-game, then that's a whole other level of issue.
