filigree drop

Do filigrees drop more/less often depending on the quest level? Nothing in the original release notes and nothing in ddowiki

I haven't noticed any difference due to the base level of the quest; for example, I've gotten filigrees in the end chest of Promise of Fire twice in three completions, and it's only base level 27. But I have noticed a difference in drop rate based on difficulty, as with everything else in the game.

I don’t think the quest level itself matter, more of the difficulty you run the quest on. Higher difficulty higher chance of getting filigree

I've found that where they are eligible to drop, they drop every end chest on reaper. I do wish there was a filigree trader though where you could swap commons and maybe trade 10 commons for a rare. I love the customization with so many filigrees but it makes finding the rares of what you want to use a lottery-like prospect.
