Just some small thing with the Zarigan's Arcane Enlightment Filigree set bonus for 2 pieces.

When 3 pieces are equipped: +1 to your Transmutation and Conjuration DCs
Just inserted 3 filigrees of this set to get set bonus on my alchemist, but its not applying (my DCs did not chance).
Doublechecked by removing and reapplying filigrees. Its not providing any DC increases.

Still cant use bug report, so posting it here.
