The AI on every hireling is not good. I will say the Sharn shield guardian because it would be locked down out of harms way because I can't stand the sound of it moving.

The Animated Scarecrow will last the longest.

Roshan is used to living in the desert, and can heal himself.

The Shield Guardian... doesn't have to eat, thought rust might eventually render him immovable.
