I think either Marissa Lorle or Larafay Do'rret stand a good chance of surviving the longest. However, this being said, my top character is level 18 for the first time, so there are lots of hirelings who I have not met yet.

The Animated Scarecrow. Since there aren't any crows around to scare, it'll hang out on its crossbeam indefinitely

Having a catchphrase that never really catches on
Having various rewards that are generally not worth the trouble
Wandering around randomly
Giving out obvious information if it wasn't obvious enough
Repeating the same lines over and over again
Repeating the same lines over and over again

Erytheia Sundawn as she can heal herself and is the highest level cleric hireling (Garret is ********, he did not learn basic Heal spell).
Khyber: Nimrud (main), Tadko (tank), Yayamee (monk), Healingonly (melee FvS), Almeya (trapper), Groggor (barb), Feneya (archer), Zornix (archer) and some others
Hardcore season 1: AveDarkLord (favor leaderboards)
Hardcore season 5: Dont Wanna Die (favor leaderboards)
