looks like they have different purposes

spite is generally best,
but the new raid shuri looks great
will be looking for htat next

I would assume Arc would win out due to the blunted (extra DR bypass there) and the vorpal. The keen on the other 2 don't stack with IC, and most of their special effects are situational.

I use Arc with the elemental rings from LOB etc.

I have to agree with the others. It's sad that current raid weapons are inferior to older content quest weapons

Leaf has an awesome cosmetic.

I don't really see a difference in the 2 raid shuriken. Same base damage and don't need Imp Crit except for overwhelming crit.

Spite: ML 28
Pierce damage type
Glass shards: Bleed dot and bleed damage, constructs and undead are immune, possibly others
Sov disruption: good vs undead only

Leaf: ML 29
slash damage type
Improved Deception: found on other items
Twining Hemlock: poison based sleep. I've never seen it proc but I assume anything immune to poison or sleep will be immune also. Even if it did proc, It would be immediately awoken.
Legendary slicing winds is nice. I typically see 3 procs averaging 700ish each. Not sure how often it procs but 2% seems about right.

Arc: ML 29
Blunt and Slash damage type
Base damage 5.5(1d2+2) vs raid shuri 7(1d2+3)
one less augment slot
Sov vorp
9d6 sonic each hit
22d6 sonic each crit
