Reaper endgame TWF Paladin 14 Ranger 5 Monk 1

Hey! A lot of things changed since I posted this build...
If you really want to play TWF (I'd prefer THF/SWF to TWF), I think pally 14-15 / ranger 5 is still a good option.

Regarding gear... basically you have to slot the Red Dragon armor for dripping with magma. Sadly, that's a must for every melee dps build, so you can't equip Family or any armor set anymore. Fix-nerf soon? Idk...
Other 'must have' items are usually the Ring of Prowess (deadly, accuracy and up to 14 mp if you get a top-end version) and the Crown of Summer helms.
The Perfect Charged Gauntlets are still bugged, so better wait for the fix to check the Sovereign Lightning Strike damage... Best artifact option probably, but we don't know yet.
You can use Summer or augment sets to complete the rest of your gear.
Swords changed too, because keen is not relevant anymore. Fellblade is an option.

I'm currently playing 18/1/1 Cetus build, but customised for Longswords + Knight's training, and the DPS is crazy good.
I did give the Legendary Red Dragon Armor / Legendary Red Dragon Helm a good think. It was great, but I can't see a way of fitting those 2 in without losing 10 Melee Power from Titania helm.

Not really great imo, better keep crown of summer. You can slot artifact mp elsewhere...

The only way I could possibly see this working with making up for the melee power loss from Titania is to :

Make Perfected Red Dragon Helm (4 Filigree slots) + 10th Filigree Slot on Sentient weapon with Spark of Logic from Saltmarsh = 14 Filigree slots
- Prowess : Rare (5)
- Suckerpunch / One against many : Rare (2)
- Treachery : Rare (2)
- Dreadbringer : Rare (2)
- Shattered Device : Rare (3)

About 63 Melee Power from the above. You'll always get 10 Extra if you equip the Titania, but then you would have to choose a different Perfected Item which also means you don't get Red Dragon Set bonus (+15 Melee power that you lose from removing your 7th Summer Item Titania)
So in this case, it will be 63 MP + Red Dragon setup for dripping with Magma.

I think this is very likely the Max DPS setup for this TWF build. For now. Until Sands......
