Caharcter Stuck in the world

So having issues getting ahold of In Game help for this issue. I lesser reincarnated yesterday, Remade the character but when i went to log onto him again to re level it says cant log in due to character already in the world. How to fix? Or just wait 10 years for a dev to respond? Yes i mispelled Character twice.

Hey bud I just wanted to let you know the exact same thing happened to me a few months ago. I went to the forums and asked the same questions and got the same answers. I opened support tickets on the official website and through in-game support channels. I sent PM's to every mod/dev/cs on this forum. This was 3 months ago.

In the end the weekly server restart fixed it for me and I never did hear back about my tickets. They are still open with no customer support responses lol.

It was super frustrating. You basically are done playing DDO until the server reboots. That is the best answer you will get from these forums. Other peoples advice on this forum is completely useless.

Sometimes errors like that fix themselves before then (something happens server side the helps it) but often, yeah, it's a matter of waiting for a ticket vs weekly reboot (which is so annoying).

Happens to me 5 week ago. You need a GM to reset the login, after that you need his services to redo EPIC destinies as they will reset to ZERO (if you lucky and still have points in EPIC destinies you golden), not kidding. this happens and dont log out after you put in a ticket for help with a GM, it took one missed PM after waiting 3 days, to redo a ticket again , and then waited another 3 days constantly online, but it eventually was sorted, just no leveling for a week. ALternatively put in a help ticket on standingstone help service and hopefully they put in a requested time SLOT for GM to help ya

Expect the worst that can happen to your character and you wont be disappointed when its not as bad as you expected.

I've had something similar happen before and was able to fix it by first logging on to a character on another server entirely, then retrying on main. Maybe worth a shot.
