Since DDO came out 15 years ago I have been trying to make a fighter archer. And the character never make it. I have shot bows and crossbows as a trainers for a long time and the unbalancing act between them is crazy. Bows are way faster then crossbows to shoot by a large factor but crossbows get a better punch at short range. At long range their power is about the same (heavier arrow vs higher bolt speed). Anyway I have decide to make an universal AP tree for the fun of it. Tell me what you think.

Core

Battle Archer 1 : Need to equip a non-magical bow (no enchant, no crafting). Your bow receive a +2 enhancement bonus and the magical damage type. For every Core taken your bow will receive another +2 bonus to a max of +12.
