Gear Setup that isn't raid required

Run with a static group but all the item sets I see are if you do nothing but run raids. Anyone got a good gear set that doesn't include all the raid gear for level 30. I am currently Acid Spec but will consider moving to another element if there is a good gear set.

Spent the last few days working on a Negative/Acid build. I can't find a great gear set for it but I can adjust a few items on mine to get you started.

Autumn 7
Robe of Autumn Winds
Strap of Autumn Leaves(belt) - artifact autumn/winter

Healing Amp(swap an item when needed, I'll use a Shroud heal stick)
Profane Well Rounded(could use anniv. token for an Epic Litany to make the augment)

I aim to get the goggles from Master Artificer to get Quality Intelligence and Illusion dc buff. Also the Autumn Raid Trinket so I can swap my boots to Winter to get the +20% hps. I will slot con in an augment. Lastly I will use Stygian orb for the insightful nullification lore. I am positive there are much better gearsets, again just a starting point.
