Max Caster level

max caster level for all SLAs is 20 after using master of artifice (plus other bonuses in ED and Arcanotech tree i know). so basically, you can use 14 levels of artificer and maxed out Draconic Incarnation to max out caster level of SLAs?

That seems right.

6 cores in draconic all giving +1 caster level to artificer. Haven't tested it though.
