Need assistance in game, but i cant get one

Hi, im since 18 of february of 2021 waiting for a GM resolve my past lives issues, im like 6-8h online per day.

But all times i receive a "you have to be online".

Im online all days. Why this take so long?

I cant take my full experience game cause they dont unlonk me my past lifes.
