Does anyone know if the various wand and scroll mastery enhiancements in the various tress effect healing and damage clickies?

It can boost your heals in regards to heal scrolls and wands. Originally Posted by difasja

If you want the clickies to be boosted, Half Elf, Artificer Dillitante Tree will increase clickies if you invest in that racial tree up a few tiers.
