Looking for ranged artificer build

Any advice? I already tried a electric caster arti but wasn t too string. Maybe I was doing it wrong.

What is your main use of this character? run 1-20 and TR, run 1-30 and TR, keep the character at cap for raiding and questing, xx reaper skull?

1 to 30 run I guess. Being able to do some solo reaper 1 skull would be good also. Most of the time I run with my group (that s when we ll do reaper on higher levels), but will solo on occasion.
