I wouldn't consider losing favor bonuses on reincarnation when you're not supposed to as a minor situation.

Along with both Summer Court favor feats I've also lost the Keepers of the Feather save bonus feat when epic reincarnating.

All in all it's a very annoying bug that takes the fun out of epic reincarnation. 5 hp and some saves aren't a big deal, but still. Unless the bug is just cosmetic.
