Update planar focus trinkets and the related sets to modern standards.
At ML23, these could serve well to partially replace heroic Sharn sets

Trinkets: Make them BtA. Change ML to 23, or keep at 22 but grant level 23 effects. Make sure they are eligible for mythic/reaper bonuses. Effects: Have them grant both Enhancement and Insightful ability (+11 / +5). Add augment slot(s). And maybe some extra enchantments.

Sets: These are only two-piece sets, so maybe don't add as many effects as Sharn sets have. But ensure they are competitive with / better than heroic Sharn.

Optionally:
* Make Commendation weapons (for example Oathblade, Star of Day, etc.) also eligible for set bonuses
* Make Cormyrian weapons also eligible for set bonuses
