Of course they are, because magically sizing to fit is a standard component of all magical items!

Mine aren't, they keep spawning water in the soles, making for a soggy journey.

Sure. Magic boots always fit. How else could my warforged and my gnome share a pair of boots?

Nope, not very comfortable. And why LOTRO Points?

They're more comfortable unless you're unfortunate enough to have a magic allergy.

As long as they were originally made of Halfling leather, of course!

Sometimes, but if they're 2nd Ed. "Boots of Dancing" does it really matter?

Only the ones made of genuine Flumph leather. So comfortable, they feel like they're gently floating.

I wear size 18 shoes, so any boots that comfortably fit me are magical.

Magical Boots aren't at all comfortable to Dragonborn. The talons feel cramped until the time they burst through the seems, and then the whole balance is off. For dragonborn, magical rings are more comfortable than boots.

It depends on who makes them. Kobold made boots are always comfortable, but gnome made boots are always tight unless you are a gnome (this despite them resizing to fit the size of the creature wearing them).

Depends. Am I wearing the boots or kicking mobs with them? Comfortable for me, not for the mobs.
