Only if they were made in Syrania.
Those are not pebbles surrounding the urn filled with Human teeth. They are megaliths!

    Because that
Since I did not know who I was, they made me take a test so now I know.
I lead Blue then Green and Red. No Yellow. That means, I like to figure things out first, I like to find a way to please everybody but do not waste my time. And no, I do not like people... Thus I play solo and I have gimped gear....

Yes because they all contain Dr. Mordenkainen’s insert, which are miniature bags of holding filled with enslaved and detoxified Black Puddings. Water and Air Elementals pleaded not to be enslaved for this purpose, and were listened to for the first time. Sadly for them, however, it was because Dr. Tenser is setting up a power grid of windmills and water mills and required them enslaved for this purpose.

Thank you in advance for my Lotro points! It’s a shame I do not play that game.

Yes, all magical wearable items size themselves to the wearer. Tailor made is as comfortable as it gets.

It really depends on the enchantment.

If the magic enchantment is a blessing, sure. It'll be more comfortable. One size fits all thing and tireless.

If the magic enchantment is a curse.... I dunno, the boots may feel like a brick and make you stand in place like a pair of super heavy duty snow boots.

    Depends on the boot material.

    Magical leather boots? Probably, yes.

    Magical stone boots?...Not as much.

And don't get me started on boots made for halflings.
Just a random, forgettable NPC doing things an NPC does
Things that NPCs do include, but are not limited to:

Having a gold goblet over my head to indicate availability of a quest
Having a catchphrase that never really catches on
Having various rewards that are generally not worth the trouble
    Wandering around randomly
Giving out obvious information if it wasn't obvious enough
Repeating the same lines over and over again

Not as much so as the Legendary Softsole slippers.
While wearing these comfortable slippers, on one can hear you pace while waiting for the lag to calm down.

all boots in DDO are super comfortable slip-on-and-offs. Look, in the middle of combat, you can swap boots and activate clickies! Try that in RL!!!

    It depends.

Ask Cinderella. Then ask her stepsisters.

I thought solo KT was changed to be impossible, with the dragon rapidly completing the ritual?

Also, 833 views, 31 comments. DDO really needs a press agent.
