Can we get "Permanent" Guild Small Amenity like renewed Amenity?

What's the point of "temporal" Small Amenity?

The renewal was half-success and half-fail.

The buff Amenity bar is very nice, but, the other utility things like "barkeep, auctioner, mailbox, bank" in "each other room" was completely fail.

Can you put these "utility amenities" in "same" room like old guild ship cargo?

Or can you make old ship cargo amenities "permanent"?

Auctioneer, mailbox, and bank are already all in one room in the permanent amenities and you can put a barkeep right across the hall.

Not really a big deal to me, but I wouldn't complain either if it really bothers that many people and they decided to change it.
