Character is missing

I know this is probably the wrong area to post this, but I need help.
Logged into the game on Feb. 6, 2021 and my character is missing. I last played 5 days ago. I tried contacting Standing Stone with a ticket, but there must be something wrong. It instantly shows solved, how can that be? Nothing solved. Another thing, when logging in, I had to resign the contract and the company wasn't SSG. Can't remember the name of other company. Is there another company taking over? Need help, don't know what to do.

There is new ownership, so there may be a new legal boilerplate. First, are you SURE you are on the right server?

My first thought is to make sure you selected the server where the expected character resides.

Second (Just in case you have multiple accounts) make sure you are logging in to the right account.

Third, contact Customer Service.
