Default How does the House Kundarak Bank keep everyone's possessions organized?

They just throw everything in a large bag of holding and store them in a undisclosed location, when you request to open your account, they use an elaborate teleportation system to bring in to you. While efficient in terms of storage, it takes a while for the bag to get to you, also known as "loading time".

I imagine a huge warehouse sort of like in Indiana Jones style where the Ark of the Covenant is kept. The size is why it takes to long to load......it takes forever to find anything in there!

They cast a magical rune on the items and assign it to the one who deposit, they always easily find everything that way.

House Kundarak possesses the Mark of Warding which allows the bearers to secure items, papers and money giving reason to why they are the number one service in security, or so I have been told..........

I know, but cannot tell. Banking services details must be kept confidential.

Well, it all started out fine and dandy and the Guy in Charge began neatly alphabetizing and filing in the appropriate portable holes, but then Someone Higher Up realized that employing fifty Kobolds would be much cheaper than paying the Guy in Charge's salary. The Guy in Charge was immediately fired and random kobolds were pulled from the sewers along with the occasional troll. Someone Higher Up patted himself on the back and went on an extended vacation with all the money he saved, and the rest is history.

Each account gets an intradimensional vaults accessed by magic keys. What we see is actually a magical interface that has at least some organization to it in most cases. However, there's little to no organization within the vaults themselves, which is why it sometimes takes longer to retrieve an item than others, they have to sort through the pile.

Mind Flayers. All stored items from all characters are jumbled up together, but each time you open your bank (which is a portal to an enormous extra-dimensional bank vault), a Mind Flayer scans your deep memories and psionically hypnotizes you into believing you see the items you actually own. Items are then fetched by the specially-trained Dwarves who work there, using special divining rods to zero in on their location in the vault.

They have a garage of infinite corners: everyone has a corner and the bank associates toss whatever we want to store into our corner of that garage.
Unfortunately not all of them are absolutely trustworthy/competent, and when they receive word there's a TR in progress, there may be some "misfiling" during the inventory shift toward the Cache shelf.

Well, actually they don't. They use a pocket dimension much like a portable hole. So you just reach in and think of the item. However, if you don't remember you have it, it is lost

Bank of Kundarak? They used a Transmutation Magic Device to transmute the depositor's item to the shadow realm. The physical item to store is transmuted into a shadow realm "digital" item and then stored in the Bank of Kundarak system space called the "cloud" with a digital item ID and a user ID. The "cloud" is managed with a hash table using transmutation magic. The retrieval mechanism uses the userID along with the itemID to create an index into the hash table. Then in the chain of item look up it found your item in the shadow realm, reverse transmute back the item from the shadow realm to the physical realm. Sort of a "physical form to shadow form" spell and "shadow form to physical form" spell.

If you have seen the movie "Valerian and the city of a thousand planets" and remember the Big Market: a hyper-dimensional mall where tourists show up in buses to strap on VR gear and wander around in a desert, while virtually experiencing a promised 1 million shops and their virtual items.

Yeah, Bank of Kundarak did that. Organized? Hopefully like Albert Einstein when someone asked him, is E=mC^2?

    "Yeah, I hope so ".

Alphabetically. They spill beer on every item, then store it in accordance with whichever letter the stain most closely resembles. Elvish letter, that is.
