Druids can use any non-metal shields. Tier 0 of both Heroic and Legendary Alchemical crafting allow you to apply a material to your Alchemical item, one of Adamantine, Byeshk, Cold Iron, Flametouched Iron, Silver (all of which are metals), or Crystal (not a metal).

So just apply Crystal to Tier 0 of your shield, and you're fine. For Legendary, that costs 50 Threads of Fate.

In addition to being Druid-friendly, Crystal has the added advantage of lower Arcane Spell Failure, which is useful even on a Druid if you occasionally use Arcane scrolls like Greater Heroism.
