I bought Fables of the Feywild in the DDO market and made the purchase on 4th Jan (or perhaps even a few days earlier as I got the confirmation emails on 4th Jan and I remember there was a slight delay) and the expansion is in my account, but I didn't have to use any redemption codes. So the transition date is certainly not 11th Jan but some earlier date...

I didn't even get any redemption codes and there was already my new store account in place at that time with a list of my new purchases.

It's nice to see the new store, but I seriously wonder why there is 10% tax on the stuff always?

New market looks nice imo. Took me a minute to find the Special Offer tab though, it's pretty small, easy to miss.
If they made a significant change like this and got all the little details like updating the links on the forums and main website page right on their first go at it, a majority of their customers might think this was some sort of phishing scam.
Since it seems it will take a revision or three to get everything setup properly, we can all rest assured that this is indeed SSG.

I don't get the point of the new store. Were there a lot of people not getting their codes and complaining? Because there are DEFINITELY a lot of people annoyed that feywild didn't come with any codes. Was a giant pain to get it for my friend for xmas.

With my account, no matter where I connect from, I get the following error message at the new DDO market:
Were sorry, no payment methods are available for your Country and/or Currency. Please contact us at help.daybreakgames.com/ for more information on supported currencies.
Technical support told me that the reason is in my physical location.
Other (newly created) accounts don't have this problem.
Means that the location information stored in my account. I've tried to change it via https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/home.php, but it doesn't work.
I've asked technical support to update location information based on my rights stated in the Daybreak's Privacy Policy three weeks ago, but still don't get any feedback.
Is there a plan to address this issue?
BTW: Codes would be the easiest solution for such cases.
there was way more bundles back when, i always thought the "classics adventure pack" from MOTU legendary upgrade should be a market pack.... add a few new classics to it call it 20 bucks
why only one lvl 3 cleric ever yet each toon gets 3 lvl 30 hires if they have all the x packs upgraded??????????????
Sorry, I hate to be negative on a game I like and have played for so long. But, I have to say it.
The new market is not ready. Lots of people have been having issues with payments. It flat out does not work for people outside US and EU. Please fix it before pushing through this change, because that's how you push away paying players.
I've been trying for months to get any sort of non-canned response on the new market issues. I haven't received any sort of acknowledgement that there is an issue, much less an attempt to solve it. Only a standard "it won't work for you, deal with it". I asked to escalate the issue, only to receive the exact same canned response, word for word, months later.
Can we finally talk about this? Or will you keep pretending like the issues don't exist?
This is the same exact issue I have. Sorry to say, you're screwed, support just copy & pastes the same canned response every time you try to talk about it.
But if you find a workaround, please do let me know. Thanks!

Force another Elieri on me? That's not an issue, that's a feature! Why wouldnt anyone want another Elieri? She's BTA so you can pass her to an alt and not have to juggle her every time you TR one of your chars. I rolled a char on HCL last season JUST so I could import another ElieriI might even pick up the starter pack again for Dborn + Elieri 3 since I have 3 playing alts!
#1 priority should be AN Adventure Pack Trove, bundle all the old Packs up through Age of Rage and stick them up for $40 or $60 or however much. Basically sell the packs we got for free this summer, so players who missed that boat can still catch up. I think that's perfectly valid under the Market model, where you can ONLY get it with $, or you can grind out individual packs with your game-earned DP if you want to stay F2P.
Well i got a credit card statement saying i made the purchase of the Starter Pack twice a month ago. i tried a second time and a third time because the webpage would not give me a solid confirmation, it would just say one line of text something along the lines of: "we are processing your request" and stop there and hang. Now it is a month later here and the Starter pack (lvl 3 hireling, xp pots, etc.) has still NOT been delivered to my account. I sent in an email to customer support a week ago and they sent a reply saying "we are reviewing your request" but nothing since a week ago. Maybe to make it up to me, your collosal failure, you can just give me my Starter pack and go ahead and give me all the new stuff that comes with the updated version of the starter pack as well that you're talking about here. I mean since it has not been delivered yet... and i made the purchase a month ago around my birthday, 2 weeks before christmas. Took three tries to make the purchase of the ultimate feywild expansion for it go through and also took three tries to make the purchase of $60 worth of ddo points around new year's eve (needed that racial enhancement upgrade tome which wasn't there in the store for the last 2 years or whatever and who knows WHEN it will come back). those two purchases were* however delivered to my account but the Starter pack is still not delivered even though we got the card statement saying two purchases made of it. apparently i made purchases to 3 different entities looks like, here's what the statement says if that helps any: Daybreak Game Company L CA $140.71 (that's the ultimate feywild expansion), and DRI*DDO CA $64.94 (that's the DDO points) and then there's these TWO charges of $10.81 to: (full text here as it is written-) 12/17 DRI*SSG orderfind.com MN 3 different entities apparently took the money, wondering if that's where the problem is and why the starter pack has not been delivered? i seemed to note that the information processing on that part of the ddo market was differently coded than the page where you buy the new expansion, seemed older and more out of date, no buy now confirm button etc.

I checked the DDO Expansion Trove! but what about if I already have Menace of the Underdark and Shadowfell Conspiracy and I just want to get Mist of Ravenloft standard edition, will you add those expansions as the way they were added to the previous ddo store? I am a returning player, last time I played DDO was on 2017 and I wanted to get Mist of Ravenloft. So I'm wondering if you will add the expansions as indivual packs as they used to be.
This need to be fixed ASAP from SSG/Daybreak side, this is a shameful example of how they treat their users, especially users who buy a lot of DDO points, i.e. who pay a lot more than regular VIP-users
