So my fiancé was mad at me for a whole day basically and she had my login, while I wasn’t home she deleted every single character. I put in a ticket and have heard nothing yet. Of any of you devs see this please give me some assistance . Kennedyxrider is the account the main toons name is zkennedyz. It’s somewhat comical because she made one character named “her vengeance “ but man the stats are all wrong on it . I deleted it but this is no joke it is a real post please help me get my characters back I have already changed my password so this never happens again in the future. There is no way I’m starting the grind over so if I cannot get my character back you’ve lost a long time customer that has spent a reasonable amount of money on the game, I’ve been vip since 2009.

there is an in-game character undelete process.

go to the main menu and select the HELP window / NEW TICKET

select from the first dropdown category PREMIUM SERVICES, and then CHAR UNDELETE from the next dropdown.

"You must submit this ticket from the server that the character was on prior to being deleted. Be sure to include the name "in quotes" of the character you want Undeleted, the class, the level, the race and an approximate deletion date. You may only request one character be undeleted per ticket, and you may only have one undelete ticket open at a time."

so you will have to submit one ticket at a time for each character, and wait for customer support to get back to you to undelete the character, before you submit the next ticket.

I am not sure what happens to a reincarnation cache if your character is deleted (if that would be restored or not), but otherwise the inventory in bank and backpack should remain intact, as long as your fiancée did not also spend the time deleting your inventory before deleting the character.

i did submit one of those tickets, that one will undelete one character at a time, but as of now no one has responded.

Agreed 1000% the only way I can imagine this isn't is if you told her you'd rather play DDO than do anything with her ... I really hope you didn't do that.

As for undeletes, my understanding is that you are looking at a couple weeks to a month to get it back typically. I have had a couple players that I know go through this and that was the time frame. Also DO NOT create a character with the same name, if you do it's very likely you will be SOL.

I'll drop the "just kidding" and point out that you've gotten an early warning of who you're thinking of tying your life to. I'd put some thought into that.

Man, this is really sad.
Even if you were playing too much and that messed up the relationship, she should have just leave you. Damaging property or any kind of vengeance other than ending the relationship is a bad sign.

Good news is that in game support can undelete your characters, the bad news is that they won't be able to restore your TR caches back
