bonus days failure to give double bonus ddo points

I filed a report in game as well. I paid for DDO points and received only the normal amount of bonus ddo point. this was during the current double bonus days and it has been more than 24 hours and i have still not received the extra bonus points.

The bonus points are already figured into the amount displayed in the sales window.

Or did you order (for example) the lowest tier** which shows 700 DP and actually only receive 600?
